Common questions
- I forgot my password.
- Open the FDYVAL Account sign-in page and choose “Forgot password?”. A reset link is sent to your e-mail.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- Sign in to FDYVAL Account and open Subscriptions. Access stays until the end of the period you paid for.
- The Network app says “Access is activating”.
- After a first purchase the node picks up new access within about a minute. The app retries on its own; you do not need to do anything.
- Is one account enough for all products?
- Yes. The same FDYVAL account works for Network, ZKAV and the products that follow.
